Collaborating with business and ICT, I guide the constructing of comprehensive executable strategic plans, that outlines how technology should be used to meet IT and business goals, through the use of multiple factors that affect the organization’s investment in and use of technology.

IT INVESTMENTS AND PROCUREMENT

Sound business cases and investment and procurement principles are required to achieve a return on investments. I will work with your executive team to ensure that business cases are aligned to the strategic goals of the organisation and IT investments are acquired with the business needs and benefits at the core of the decision making.

GOVERNANCE, AUDIT, QUALITY RISK AND COMPLIANCE

I guide the IT enterprise with a structured approach to aligning IT with business objectives, while effectively managing risk and meeting compliance requirements through the formations of strategies for managing an organization’s overall governance, enterprise risk management and compliance with regulations. Simultaneously ensuring that quality standards are met according to the audit principles that govern the enterprise.

PORTFOLIO AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Assessing your current project portfolio management processes, in collaboration with you, I can determine your current PPM capability and identify process gaps between your organization’s current state and desired future state. Working with the executive and project management team, I can provide the roadmap for improvements and work collaboratively to develop the implementation plan.

IT OPERATIONS AND SERVICES

Assessing your current IT Operations processes and, in collaboration with you, I can determine your current IT Service capability and identify process gaps between your organization’s current state and desired future state to deliver service value from IT Investments. Working with the executive and IT Operations team, I can provide the roadmap for process improvements and work collaboratively to develop the IT Operations plan.
